The scholar gains a sneak attack, as the rogue class feature, dealing +1d6 damage on a successful sneak attack. If a scholar receives a sneak attack bonus from another source, the bonuses to damage stack.
Archaeology (Ex)
The scholar gains a +2 bonus on Appraise and Knowledge (dungeoneering) skill checks. If he has 10 or more ranks in one of these skills, the bonus increases to +4 for that skill.
Astrology (Sp)
As long as the scholar can see a significant portion of the night sky, he can cast augury as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to his scholar level. The casting time for this spell-like ability is increased to 10 minutes.
Behavioral Psychology (Ex)
The scholar gains wild empathy, as the druid class feature, except that the scholar uses his Intelligence modifier instead of his Charisma modifier.
Binding
The scholar acquires a familiar, using his scholar's level - 3 as his effective wizard level. He uses his effective wizard level as his caster level for the purposes of qualifying for the Improved Familiar feat.
Chemistry (Ex)
The scholar selects a number of 1st-level spells from the sorcerer/wizard list which could be used in potion- or oil-brewing equal to 3 + his Intelligence modifier. Henceforth, he can create potions or oils of those spells as though he had those spells prepared and possessed the Brew Potion feat, using Craft (alchemy) in place of the normal Spellcraft skill check.
Alternatively, the scholar can substitute any number of these spells each with a type of poison (such as arsenic or belladonna). He is treated as having the poison use class feature when creating and using any poisons selected in this way.
Combat
The scholar gains either Improved Unarmed Strike or Martial Weapon Proficiency as a bonus feat.
Conditioning
The scholar gains Toughness as a bonus feat.
Coordination
The scholar gains a bonus teamwork feat.
Drug Use (Ex)
The DC of any poison or alchemical substance created by the scholar is increased by 2.
Foreknowledge (Ex)
The scholar gains uncanny dodge, as the rogue class feature. If the scholar already has uncanny dodge from a different class, he gains improved uncanny dodge instead, treating his effective rogue level as his schoolar level + his levels in the class that granted uncanny dodge.
Linguistics (Ex)
The scholar learns 2 new languages and increases the DC for any language-dependent spell he casts by 1.
Mechanics (Ex)
The scholar takes 1 fewer die of falling damage whenever he succeeds on an Acrobatics skill check to reduce falling damage. He receives a +1 bonus on damage rolls with weapons, and gains Far Shot as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet its prerequisites.
Medicine (Ex)
The scholar adds Heal to his list of class skills, and receives a bonus on Heal skill checks equal to 1/2 his level (minimum 1).
Meditation (Ex)
The scholar gains still mind, as the monk class feature, adding a +2 bonus on saving throws against enchantment spells and effects. He also gains this bonus on saving throws against fear effects.
Systems (Ex)
The scholar gains the trapfinding rogue talent.
Telekinesis (Sp)
The scholar can cast mage hand and open/close at will as spell-like abilities.
Theater
The scholar gains Deceitful as a bonus feat.
